COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.  The Organizer and Duration of the Competition
   1. The competition covered by these Rules and Regulations is organized by IT.integro sp. z o.o., ul. Ząbkowicka 12, 60-166 Poznań, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
   2. The competition will take place in Centre de Congrés de Lyon, 50 quai Charles de Gaulle 69006 Lyon, France.
   3. The competition will be held from 8:00 AM on 1 November to 9:00 AM on 3 November, 2023.
   4.  The announcement of the results and awarding of the prizes will take place on 3 November 2023, during the first break following the keynote.
2. Conditions for Participation
   1. The competition will be organized within the European Union and is intended for individuals of legal age with the capacity to engage in legal acts.
   2. Anyone eligible to participate in Directions EMEA 2023 and meeting the conditions specified herein is welcome to join the competition.
   3. Employees of the Organizer are not eligible to participate in the competition.
   4. Participants may take part in the competition only once – using a unique company e-mail address.
   5. Participation based on private e-mail addresses is not permitted.
   6. Participation in this contest is voluntary.
   7. A person who fulfills the above requirements and enters the competition, hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”, is obligated to abide by the Rules and Regulations specified herein.
3. Conditions for Awarding the Prize and Prizes
   1. The competition will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this document.
   2. Information concerning the competition has been provided on the Organizer’s website: www.partner.integro.pl/competition
   3. To participate in the competition, Participants are required to:
      1. Obtain the competition entry form from www.partner.integro.pl/competition. Participants can complete the form on their own or at the IT.integro booth no. S21 with assistance from the Organizers.
      2. Complete the competition entry form with the Participant’s first and last name, a unique company e-mail address, company name, and a distinct username.
      3. Submit the completed competition entry form to the Organizer to enter the event.
      4. Participants can enter the competition at any time during its duration, starting from 8:00 AM on 1 November 2023 until 9:00 AM on 3 November 2023, provided that the competition entry form has been properly filled out.
      5. The competition stand is situated at the Directions EMEA 2023 venue, where the Organizer provides details about the competition.
      6. Participating in the competition implies giving consent to the Organizer for processing personal data for the purpose of conducting the competition, especially for awarding the prize and using it for marketing activities.
      7. Following the conclusion of the competition, the Organizer will compile a list of finalists comprising 3 Participants.
      8. Only the first 300 participants who register for the contest will receive a unique BC visionary mug. The collection of prize is possible at the Organizer’s booth from 1 November 2023 at 09:00 AM to 3 November, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
      9. The main prize is the paper tablet reMarkable – the world’s thinnest tablet.
      10. Prizes for 2nd and 3rd places are Microsoft Surface Earbuds.
      11. The Organizer does not provide for the shipping of guaranteed prizes. These prizes are available for personal collection only.
      12. The Organizer is responsible for continuous supervision of the competition’s proceedings and making decisions on any ambiguous issues regarding the competition rules and its course. Decisions made by the Organizer are final and not subject to appeal.
      13. The prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize or cash equivalent.
      14. The right to the prize cannot be transferred to a third party.
      15. The Winner who has received the prize has the option to renounce their entitlement by submitting the declaration to the Organizer.
   4. Drawing
      1. The drawing of the main prize and the second and third place prizes will take place on 3 November, 2023 after the keynote at the Organizer’s booth. A prerequisite for prize collection is providing the first and last name and the registration-drawn number. In the event that the drawn participant is not present at the booth during the drawing, the prize will be dispatched to them via courier.
   5. Invalid Entries
      1. The Organizer reserves the right to reject entries that violate participation rules, are incomplete, contain false information, or are suspected of attempted fraud.
   6. Changes to the Regulations
      1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules and Regulations at any time. Participants will be notified of such changes through the official communication channels of the competition.
   7. Copyright and Image Use
      1. All rights to use, publish, and/or reproduce competition materials, including photos, are exclusively owned by the Organizer.
      2. Participants grant consent for the Organizer to use their image for promoting the competition without requiring additional compensation.
   8. Liability of the Organizer
      1. The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues, such as server failures, difficulties in accessing the website, etc.
      2. The Organizer bears no responsibility for uncollected or lost entries.
   9. Final Provisions
      1. The Competition Rules and Regulations represent the sole legally binding document governing the execution of the competition. Advertising materials serve exclusively for promotional and informational purposes.
      2. Each Participant has a right to submit a written complaint regarding the conduct of the competition or its results, within 14 days from the conclusion of the competition. Complaints submitted after this period will not be considered.
      3. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s address: IT.integro sp. z o.o. ul. Ząbkowicka 12 60-166 Poznań.
      4. A complaint must include accurate personal information of the person filing the complaint, a description and rationale for the complaint, as well as circumstances justifying the complaint submission. The complaint resolution timeframe is 21 days from the date of receiving the complaint by the Organizer. Decisions regarding complaints are not subject to appeal.
